Coconut Blueberry Cookies

I am writing this while I lounge in bed. Post making brunch and pre making some dinner. I am also simultaneously pulling all of the stuffed animal hair out of my nice hair brush. While the grown ups ate quiche today, the kids played beauty parlor with my hair brush, makeup brushes and hair spray and their stuffed dogs. Kinda Gross.

This is one that I have been making for the kids lately (well, and also me too!) because it is nut free (so they can actually take it to school) and totally delicious. Coconut Blueberry Cookies. Perfect. Please try!!
