This is such a wonderful day for me. Pure Delicious is finally here, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

It’s for sale in stores today and if you ordered it on-line, you should check your mail box this afternoon!

Pure Delicious

I thought I would give you a little sneak peak of the book, and tell you a little bit about some of my favorite recipes.

Smoky Oven Roasted Tomato Quinoa
(quinoa with oven-dried tomatoes and smoky tomato vinaigrette)

First of all, every recipe in the book is gluten, dairy, egg, soy, nut, peanut, shellfish and cane sugar free (Insert the screaming face emoji!) but these recipes are anything but flavor free! I worked hard to make sure that you didn’t feel like you were missing anything, while still eating really well, and totally free of worry if you have any allergies.

With over 150 recipes, there is truly something for everyone. These are the recipe chapters:
-soups and chilis
-salads
-appetizers
-sides
-baked goods
-pizza and burgers
-pasta
-mains
-desserts
-breakfast

There are also chapters telling you our family story and how we made the transition, how to do an elimination diet, how to stock your kitchen to support you, and all sorts of tips and advice on helping your kids through the transition, eating out and what goes down in the 8 weeks it will take you to find your best health eating this way.

So, without further adieu, here are some of my personal favorites!

Breakfast seems as good a place as any! Weekends are made for tender fluffy pancakes, and my favorite flapjacks are just slightly sweet (because the syrup is on it’s way folks!) and then has that tang from buttermilk. I have recreated all of that in these amazing “Buttermilk Pancakes.”

Buttermilk Pancakes

Or how about a hot voluminous Waffle that perfectly mimics a fluffy yeast waffle with the addition of beer? (These are Pia’s favorite breakfast!)

Soups- my soul food. I had to show you this Tortilla Soup, which is so simple and I have made about 15 times in the last 6 months. I’m not kidding.

Tortilla Soup

Or this Crispy Salmon Salad with Honey-Chipotle Vinaigrette, which is lick the plate clean good. Crispy Slamon and Slaad with Honey CHipotle Vinaigrette

Remember when I did that little show Cut Throat Kitchen? This is the recipe for Greek Stuffed Peppers that you guys have been requesting for years!

Greek Stuffed Peppers

And this is probably my family’s favorite dish, Old Fashioned Spaghetti and Meatballs so good, you will not believe that these are BETTER than any version with bread, eggs and cheese in them. Seriously. (You will freak out at what the secret ingredient is!) Spaghetti and Meatballs

Pizza maybe? I have some incredibly different and delicious varieties in here along with a pizza crust that I have been working on perfecting for years. Like all the goodness on this Mediterranean Pizza.

Pesto Chicken, Roasted Red Peppers, Olives and Roasted Garlic

Then comes the baking- everything from fluffy biscuits and chewy cookies and brownies to layer cakes, silky chocolate mousse and the best fruit crisp ever. Take a look at these Chocolate Coconut Caramel Bars.

I hope that I have whet your appetite, because this is truly just a handful of recipes to show you that this book is so full of drool worthy recipes that will make you and your family happy (and feel good too!!)

If you are interested in learning more or ordering yourself a copy, head here!

And don’t forget, if you purchase a book before May 20th you are also eligible for a free recipe e-bundle if you email me your proof of purchase.

Thanks for taking a look guys! I hope you love it!
