There is nothing like starting the New Year with wonderful intentions for taking care of yourself. So hosting a healthy breakfast for friends or just your own family is always appreciated. This menu has a portion controlled take on “bacon and eggs” with a pancetta chip, soft boiled egg and tiny toast “soldiers”. There is also Vanilla Yogurt sprinkled with granola and blueberries, warm bran muffins with raspberries and cool fruit and carrot smoothies. This is a breakfast everyone can feel good about eating!
