With just a few days to go until Mothers Day, I thought I would share with you what I want made for me (ahem, cough, cough, Pete….) and basically what I bet your mother would love for you to make her. ESPECIALLY if you have a mother who like to eat healthy/anti-inflamatory (which is a tremendous amount of women out there).
