Lets start out with the most important thing today: VOTE!!!! No matter what your position, or who you do or don’t want to be our next president, you need to take it to the ballot. It is so critical that people get out and represent what they believe in. Ok. now we can get back to our regularly scheduled program!

Cranberry Sauce was an acquired taste for me. I was never a fan as a child, but over the years as an adult, I have come to really enjoy the bitter tart flavor that comes with cranberry. And there is no doubt that it is a wonderful compliment to the traditional Thanksgiving flavors. But what happens if you want to switch things up this year?

Or what happens when you make a Thanksgiving Dinner full of NON Traditional flavors and cranberry sauce isn’t the answer anymore? You make a Mango Ginger Chutney! Actually, you could make this for regular Thanksgiving Turkey too and you would be so happy. Sweet, Savory and Gingery- this is the ultimate Turkey accompaniement!
