Anyways, that is all I could think about when I made these Turkey Curry Meatballs. Wait. Stop. Let me rephrase: these to-die-for-turkey-curry-meatballs! These are seriously so good. However, when piled on top of a zesty Asian slaw and a delicate lettuce cup and drizzled with a little Spicy Sunbutter Coconut Dipping Sauce these were absolutely out of this world. I love these as an appetizer, or I know from first hand experience that these are a perfect lunch or dinner. Enjoy!
