I am so excited that today I get to team up with WOLF Gourmet to celebrate Pure Delicious!
A few weeks ago Pure Delicious came out (you can see a sneak peak here!) and I have been so happy to see it helping people all over the country. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, or if you suspect that maybe your body might function better without a few of your standard ingredients (think dairy or gluten) than this is the book for you.
If you have regular headaches, stomaches, GI trouble, acid reflux, eczema, asthma, adult acne or post nasal drip or chronic throat clearing and are interested in trying to get rid of it in a natural way- this is the book for you.
If you just like to eat delicious, whole food meals and amazing baked goods with alternative ingredients, than this book is for you!
If you are interested in learning more or ordering book you can do it here!
And WOLF Gourmet thinks so to! So they have teamed up with me to offer one of their mega-amazing- gorgoeous-blenders ($600 value) to you with proof of purchase of Pure Delicious!
You can use this blender to whip up everything from soups and sauces to salad dressings and smoothies- I use mine EVERY SINGLE DAY!
You know what else? WOLF is giving away a Blender and signed book on their site TOO!!! So you can sign up TWICE to win. What would you do with two blenders?! have a margarita party? Give one to your mom? start a smoothie bar?
To sign up to win this blender, you just need to leave a comment and let me know what you would make with this blender! You have until Sunday June 5th at 5PM Pacific Time! (US residents only please) The winner will be announced Sunday night! You have 24 hours to respond to the contact so use an email that you check! You can Win extra entries for taking a picture of you with the book or something that you made from the book and post on any social media with the hashtag #puredeliciousbook or tag me @HeatherChristo. Smoothies, here we come!
Beautiful Blender, my kids would love some summer milk shakes!
The book looks perfect (all my symptoms!).
I would love to give a blender to my mother who is graciously letting us stay with her for the summer! Smoothies for the kids, banana sombreros for the adults?
would love to win this – I love to make smoothies and dressings – with a strong blender I could try other things
I will make nut butters and frozen cocktails 🙂
I have embarked on a whole foods, plant based diet due to multiple food allergies. One delicious way to begin my morning is to make a green smoothie. I have been sharing this with my husband who is supporting me on my journey. If I were to win the Wolf 600 Blender I could make so many more things from “soup to nuts”, well nut milk, anyway. Thank you for this opportunity to win your fabulous product!
Blenders = HUMMUS!
Ginger carrot soup!
I would make gazpacho soup.
Gazpacho!
I love making smoothies so this would be a dream to use!
I would love to use the Wolf Blender to make my own nut butters, its on my culinary bucket list!
Now that it’s summertime, I would love to make smoothies!
I would make campfire s’mores milkshakes, just in time for summer!
I would make a green smoothie using kale…I’ve never tried it and I think this blender would be up to the challenge!!
We love the penne with creamy tomato-vodka sauce.
I make a smoothie every day with an immersion blender (NOT ideal) so I would love to make actually smooth smoothies!
I want to make creamy soups like your “Curried Pumpkin, Chicken, and Rice” and “Sweet Corn and Yellow Tomato”. (Dinner tonight was your Chicken Teriyaki recipe…it was crazy good! Can’t wait to try every recipe!)
I would make blender muffins!
I would make pesto!
I’d probably make smoothies most often.
Love your book!
Congrats on your beautiful book! The first thing I would make is a smoothie with some ice in it (my blender is 25 years old and cannot handle ice!).
I’d first start with a gazpacho given the heat!
With tomato season on it’s way, I’d use it to make some amazing salsa!
Oh my, what wouldn’t I make with the Wolf Gourmet Blender? My blender conked out on me a few years ago and I miss it so very much. I love to make my own salad dressings. Being diabetic, it’s much easier to concoct a sugar free dressing to suit my own taste. I’m also a big fan of quiches and cheesecakes. Something that I just can’t seem to get the creaminess that only a blender can do. So yes, I would use it every day as well… <3
allll the green smoothies!
Smoothies for three meals a day! Looking at recipes for smoothies with coffee
I would share one with my mother. Congrats on the cookbook. Hope Mom and I win!
Icy cold smoothies in the summer. Nut butters and creamy soups next winter!
Since it is heating up outside, I would make tons of smoothies and gazpacho in that amazing blender!!
Summertime is smoothie time! I would also make Pesto with the fresh basil I hope to grow!!
I really enjoy your recipes, and the photography!, I’d love to win the blender and be able to make really smooth soups with some of my gardens produce.
I would make epic soups and smoothies for me and my friends
What wouldn’t I make with this blender? For sure I would be whipping up homemade mayo and aioli, pesto, soup, pancake batter…..the list could go on for days!
This is a fabulous machine, and a wonderful book.
I’d use the machine daily for smoothies at breakfast, seasonal soups, and for my husband, flavoured ice creams……. Just to start! Then cakes, sauces and…… It’s a full cuisine assistant, only limited by one’s imagination. An extra two pair of hands in the kitchen
Finally a blender strong enough to crush ice for super smooth smoothies
I would use it to make up bases for summer Popsicles.
What would I make every day? Something delicious from your cookbook!
So many options! Green smoothies and soups, nut flours, nut butters, dressings, sorbet base, summer cocktails, berry sauces and whipped coconut cream to start! Love, love, love the new cookbook. It’s so great to be able to cook every single recipe without changes. So grateful!!!
Ok. Wow. Would love it! I just the other day made a cheesecake and had this mini blender(really mini as my large blender had died last summer and you know I just picked up this little thing..and I do mean little) and just trying to make the crust was a disaster, I ended up putting the graham crackers in a baggie and roller pinning them! (Yea it took 3 freezer baggies as I didn’t want any plastic! Ha!)
and by the way, loved Pete’s post so much I sent it to my boyfriend who also loves to cook!
Thanks Heather!
I’d make soups and smoothies. Yum!
I would make lots of sauces to throw on meats and seafood from the grill!

I’d make more of the delicious dressings from the book! My little food processor is doing ok, but that blender would be terriffic!
ooh…magnificent machine!
What WOULDN’T I make with it??
Smoothies of all makes and models, of course. Maybe the silkiest baked potato soup ever? Or a harissa carrot gazpacho? Or a refreshing chilled cucumber soup?
Yes, yes…
Muffins, soups, sauces, smoothies!!! You name it and I’ll make it! Getting ready to clear the cupboards and start the elimination phase you wrote in the book. Just need to contact insurance first to verify coverage for families allergy and celiac testing.
I would love to try homemade butter and flavored mayonnaise dressings for our summer grilling.

Would love to make fun smoothies, acai bowls, soups, and guacamole!

I love to cook and bake, and coming up with healthy & tasty meals can be a challenge. However, I have the Pure Delicious Cook Book and I love it. My diet is a challenge. I’m gluten free, dairy free & sugar free. This cook book is right up my alley, plus there are recipes I can make for my husband, knowing he will enjoy these recipes without sacrificing flavor. If I were to win the Wolf Blender, I would make the Berry Pomegranate Smoothies & Tropical Smoothies for my husband, and the Green Smoothie for me!
I borrowed your book from the library. I do that with most books to see if I want to buy them. I definitely will be purchasing yours. I’m planning to make the chewy chocolate chip cookies this afternoon. I’m not sure what I’ll make with that swell Wolf blender, but I’m sure I’ll put it to good use.
This looks like the perfect blender for nut milks!!!
Smooties, mayonnaise, almond milk, cashew butter, ice cream bases…
