Happy Thirsty Thursday! Valentines Day is just a few short days away and I had to share a festive cocktail with you, because with everything going on in the world, cocktails are a #PRIORITY right now.

Not sure what you have brewing for Valentines Day, but if you are anything like me it will mostly be about the kids and serving up a special homemade dinner for the whole family while wearing yoga pants. But just because I won’t be out in a cocktail dress sipping champagne doesn’t mean that we can’t spice things up a touch with fun cocktails served before dinner? I mean it would probably help homework hour to go faster, plus it’s kind of nice to do something special for you sweetheart, right?

I love a good Moscow Mule, and I had to take into consideration the fact that pink is pretty much mandatory on Valentines Day, right? So that’s where the blackberry and pomegranate juice comes in-plus the flavor of both with the ginger beer is fantastic.
