It’s Easter this weekend. If you are not celebrating Easter, then, well, it’s just the weekend. Either is a wonderful excuse to drink this beautiful and delicious Cava Fruit Punch.
Sparkling Cava (a light and fresh Spanish sparkling wine), a bit of chilled vodka and luscious berries and brilliant blood oranges make for an absolutely gorgeous and very festive cocktail punch.
You can make a big pitcher or two of it for your guests on Easter and then they can just help themselves. I love making drinks like that- you know, the kind you don’t have to be a bartender for. Help yourself! #ThirstyThursday
