When kids, or work, or life is just bogging you and a loved one down, it is a wonderful gesture to prepare a special meal. Please, wait until the kids are down, or the computer is shut off for the night, and snuggle up with this comforting meal for two. Don’t forget dessert by the fire!

Lovely autumn menu. Pears and blue cheese on a bed of salad greens is perfect.

I am glad that you enjoyed this section- Please stay tuned in November for my updated site- it will be FULL of stockpiled party pictures that I have from the last year!
This is my favorite part of your site. I literally can’t wait for updates. Last year this inspired me to just set up a table for my hubby…by our fire after our 3! sons were asleep and celebrate our 10 yr. anniversary. It was the best night ever! And I NEED a Christmas dinner table scape..! As always..love, LOVE your site. 🙂
Lisa, that makes my day. wait, week! That is why I do this. I hope your anniversary was awesome 🙂 (3 boys- there is a special place in heaven just for you!) As I posted above, look towards the middle/end of November, there will be a whole new part of the site for all this stuff!!
