Ideas for a child’s Alice In Wonderland Themed Birthday Party!

Have the children dress up as characters from the book.

Stash a bubble machine in the bushes at the entry way, so that the minute the children arrive they are greeted with cheery bubbles and fun!

Be sure to include flocks of flamingos on the front lawn.

The children can paint tea cups for an activity, and then have a lovely tea party!

Pink lemonade for the children as well as brightly colored cut vegetables and dip. Tiny grilled cheese and ham sandwiches and sugar cookies that read eat me are also a hit!

The table itself is covered in pure sugar! There were many different types of candies in a range of bright colors and sizes.

There were a variety of cupcakes, topped with vintage style Alice in Wonderland cake toppers from fancyflour.com. They were displayed on a cupcake tower that I wrapped with colorful ribbon from the fabric store.

Miniature bottles of chilled pink lemonade with “drink me” tags were at each place setting.

Decorate name plates for each child!

I also made huge tissue paper flowers to dress up the den, and I made a garland with Alice in Wonderland playing cards.
