2. We are in the middle of a Godfather marathon. Oh how I love those movies.
I think the third might be my favorite. I remember going to the movie theatre in highschool and watching it and crying so hard that I made marks on my awesome purple Costco suede jacket. Memories…

3. I made these for Pia last night and she ate 5 tacos. Then she ate another 5 today for lunch. I mean, she is six. I don’t know how she can fit that all in her tummy, but she loves them that much. Totally KID approved.

4. Pete and I are going to Vegas next weekend to just get away and have fun. We are hanging out by the pool, going to the spa and eating out at great restaurants. Plus, did I ever tell you that I love to gamble? Black Jack. Plus I know when to walk away. And walk straight to the mall… What is your favorite stuff to do in Vegas?

OK, here’s the good stuff:

5. OMG Berry Tart with Lemon Curd Marscapone. This would be gorgeous for Mothers Day.

6. These Cucumber Noodles with Peanut Sauce are brilliant. I made them earlier this week and they were awesome.

7. What I wouldn’t give to stuff my face with this Blackberry Cinnamon Roll Cake.

8. Holy Cow: Kentucky Derby Mini Chocolate Pecan Cakes with Vanilla Bourbon Smash Ice Cream.

9. This Vanilla Blackberry Mascarpone Cake is absolutely lovely.

10. Chocolate Potato Chips Cookie Bars would last about 30 seconds in my house. Love that super salty and sweet combo.
