Your Favorite Posts of the year….
Spicy Thai Curry Noodle Soup (GF, Vegan)
This is the most favorite post of the year, and I suspect in it’s unbelievably delicious and easy perfection that it will go down in the HeatherChristo archives as an all time most viewed and loved right underneath Greek Chicken and Potatoes.
Chicken Flautas with Spicy Avocado Sauce (GF, Egg Free)
A-h-m-a-z-i-n-g! Perfect snack for kids and grownups both. Perfect tailgating food and perfect party finger food. plus, skip the cheese sprinkled over the top and this is totally allergen free!
Superbowl Slutty Brownie’s
These are obviously pre-allergy assessment! Obviously decadent and awesome and being in the colors of the Seahawks, they may gloriously (fingers crossed) be totally appropriate again soon for Superbowl 15′!
This Ice cream cake is awesome and I am so happy that it was so popular as it celebrates the book of a friend as well as being a wonderful celebration cake!
Umm, ditto with the above brownies. Pre- allergies and as naughty as it gets. And as good as it gets.
This is my little Pia’s baby of a recipe and a really easy and delicious little treat that takes just a few minutes! So many people searched this recipe out- it made me so happy that others found this 3 minute dessert.
Gotta love a margarita… Well, you guys really do!
Copy Catted from one of my favorite Lebanese restaurants, you guys were just as interested in the exotic spices as I was!
Looks like everyone else was in the mood for fresh, healthy and tasty zucchini noodles too! This dish was served at my Summer dinner table about a dozen times, maybe yours too?
I LOVE that you guys loved this post! I get obsessed with “salad for dinner” salads, and I guess you guys get into that too!
My Favorites of 2014
These are a collection of recipes, whether popular with you or not, that I could not get enough of. Like get caught eating over the sink like a little piggy amazing.
Perfect combination of flavors and textures. My hubby had bulging eyeballs over this simple recipe that mimics the famous soup of the same name. SO good.
I guess I have a thing for Tacos (and I am ok with that). This Taco has all of the best flavors from the Classic Vietnamese Sandwich– but in a Taco.
I can’t tell you how good this was. And how unexpected it was to me to enjoy it SO much. Try it for sure.
GAH…… I could have eaten this whole recipe myself. Every last golden, crispy, sweet, juicy, crunchy bite.
It’s the sauce that makes this truly unforgettable and out of this world. You will want to sop this sauce up with whatever you can get your hands on. Or just get yourself a spoon and eat it that way. But the slightly smokey Turkey is the greatest compliment.
I devoured this! And all of these many months later I am still thinking about it. That says something.
I just finished sneaking these (one at a time) from my freezer where I tried to hide them from myself. I just couldn’t help it. Both Coco and my mom had their eye’s rolling back in their head because these were so mind blowing. These are like a gourmet peanut butter cups at their best.
You know when I said that I was shoveling food in my mouth over the sink? yeah…. that happened here.
Wow. If you love avocado toast, then this is the ultimate.
Thai Zucchini Noodle Salad (GF, Vegan)
The sister of the pesto zucchini noodle salad, but with fresh, zesty Asian flavors. I could eat entire platters of this on my own.
