I LOVE beer and I DOUBLE LOVE Guinness. Now that I am GF, I replace Guinness with assorted GF beers that I have grown to like, but with St Patricks Day just around the corner, I felt that I need to pay a little tribute to the king of Stout- don’t you think? I love dark (and pale!) beer for the incredible versatility and how you can use it so many different ways. See below for the ultimate testament in coking and drinking with Guinness!

We’re in the middle of a craft beer revolution here in the Northeast! I just made your chocolate sweet potato cake and it was divine. I made it as a sheet cake and used a locally produced craft stout instead of the Guinness. Yum! Next up – I’ll try the cheddar biscuits. You always have the best biscuit recipes. I don’t trust anyone else’s biscuit recipes but yours. I believe you also have a blue cheese beer biscuit recipe, no?
I’ll take one of everything! 🙂
