Back in Seattle today, overly sunned and very relaxed and ready to sink back into everyday life again. Well, almost.
I have to celebrate #ThirstyThursday with at least a nod to the last few days of technical Spring Break (which is of course for students and teachers only- but I am being a hanger-onner this week). So I offer you the simple but insanely wonderful Grapefruit Paloma.
A heady combination of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, chilled club soda, fresh lime and tequila blanco. A little sip of heaven on earth ☺ Happy Thirsty Thursday!!

We are obsessed with Grapefruit right now!! Gorgeous!!!
Sounds delish! And I love the pretty light pink color of it.
With the weather we are having today I can see one of these in my future, say about 4 this afternoon in the garden….
I can happily do this for any day! LOVE.
Now doesn’t that look so nice and refreshing!
overly sunned and relaxed is the best way to be, if you ask me. These drinks are gorge!
