When you do something like eat too many Triple Almond Chocolate Bars (did I mention that they were addictive?!) over the weekend to satisfy your stuffed up sweet tooth, then sometimes you need to eat Brown Rice Power Bowls for lunch all week. Maybe for dinner too.
Good thing that these Brown Rice Power Bowls are Ah-mazing!!!
Filled with protein like chicken and garbanzo beans and tons of fresh crunchy vegetables, and of course, brown rice- you are really getting such a complete (and very filling) meal in one dish. I love things that are easy like that. LOVE. And then the tahini dressing- you know I have a thing for tahini, right? Goodness that tahini dressing is too good.
So think about mixing up a big batch of this and keeping it in the fridge for when your next craving hits or for when you wander into your kitchen ready to tear that pantry apart and take down a jar of peanut butter with chocolate chips sprinkled in it. Then you will stop, and realize that you have a really awesome Brown Rice Power Bowl in the fridge and that you should just have that instead…. Right?
