This cocktail is all about the late Spring garden. I used my first full blooming rose for this cocktail- (isn’t it pretty!!) and the beautiful lacy green tarragon that has sprouted up in my herb garden.

I thought that the anise flavor of the tarragon and the floral rose would pair nicely with the juniper flavor of the gin. And really I was just going to squash the roses up in the drink, or use a little rose water, but then at the grocery store I saw Sparkling Rose Lemonade!!! Whaaattttt?!! Obviously I scooped that right up and it was the most lovely perfect bubbly addition. If you can’t find it at your store, I would recommend a sparkling lemonade with a splash of rose water.

These are the prettiest drinks- perfect for a Spring Party- or just for yourself on a Thursday night…. Whatever works for you, wink-wink.
