If you are entertaining- this could be one of the easiest recipes with the most bang for your buck ever. The marinade takes just a few minutes to prepare (basically you just throw a bunch of stuff in a blender) and then you could let the ribs marinate all day, or even 24 hours and you will have the best ribs of all time. And I’m sorry- but you can not beat the fact that they just take like 4 minutes to grill. WHAT????

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of beef chuck short ribs, thin-cut
  • Sweet Gingery Korean Marinade:
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup fresh ginger chunks, peeled and rough chopped
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup tamari
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
Instructions
  1. For Garnish: toasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced green onions and fresno chili
  2. In the jar of a blender, puree all of the marinade ingredients until smooth. Add the ribs to a Ziploc bag and add the marinade to the ribs.
  3. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes and up to overnight.
  4. Heat a grill to medium and add the ribs. Cook for 2 minutes on each side and then set aside to rest for a few minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced green onions and fresno chili if desired before serving.
