I know that many of you are with me when I say that 2016 was a hard one. In lots of ways.
But now I am ready to focus on the fresh year and find that I am brimming with excitement about all of the potential for the next 12 months! I also want to use this as an opportunity to thank you so much for following along this last year and all the years before that. We are heading into the 10th year here at HeatherChristo.com!!!
This year please look for TONS of live cooking classes on Facebook. Also watch for live streaming on Instagram and fun non-sense on snapchat!
I have some exciting things going on with Pure Delicious that I can’t wait to tell you about soon, and here at HeatherChristo.com I have some changes too. You may have noticed that all of the recipes from my pre-allergies life have been moved to the ARCHIVES. So don’t worry!! They are not gone- they are just stashed in Archives which lives in the footer of the site. Or you can search directly in my newly vamped recipe index!
Because of many requests I am planning to share many more Vegan/Meatless meals for you guys and lots of healthy, delicious salads, soups and everything else in between!
But I am dying to hear what you want!? What would you like to see on the blog?
Do you want sweets? Slow cooker meals? Tailgating delights? Gigantic Salads?
What types of dishes would fit in well in your life? Please, let me know how you and your family eat, or want to be eating? And how can I help!? That is truly why I am here and what I love to do most.
Please look for tomorrow (Tuesday) when I am going to post the most amazing, EFFECTIVE and pleasant (I swear!) 3 Day Soup Cleanse. If you are anything like me- you have OVER-INDULGED in the last few weeks and need a cleanse. And this one is perfect for the winter months and is SO much easier than juicing. Look for it!

I would like to see slow cooker meals and gigantic salads please and thank you!
Hi Heather! Gosh, I love your work. I am a severe (to-the-trace) Celiac who also has serious dairy and egg allergies. You are THE BEST. To answer your question: My husband and I eat salads at lunch and dinner with a protein side dish. I would love to see new salad ideas (I have zero creativity with food) and simple meat side dishes. Thank you for ALL that you do. You – are – amazing.
Happy New Year to you too!
Kirsten from the Canadian Rockies
Please do more slow cooker meals and salads. It would help my lifestyle so much to have dinner ready when i get home! That would be a tremendous help!!!
In the past I tried to stick with the Virgin Diet. By J. J. Virgin. It eliminates 7 items from your diet. They are: eggs, dairy, peanuts, gluten, corn, soy and sugar including artificial sugar.
When I adhered mostly to this diet my blood numbers were wonderful. And I had energy. Unfortunately, I have strayed and feeling miserable.
So, if you can create any “Virgin” dishes, I would greatly appreciate it.
I would like to see a little bit of everthing
Heather, I cook A LOT and try to be efficient. How about recipes that can be used several ways such as meatloaf which can also be cooked as meatballs or baked chicken that can be divided for two or three meals that don’t look like plain baked chicken. Love your recipes and presentation!
We would like vegan and vegetarian recipes.
