Did I tell you how my hubby bought me a foot massager for Christmas? I have been clocking insane hours on my feet plugging away on my cookbook and I think the gift was mostly super thoughtful and a tiny bit an attempt to save himself from me shoving my feet in my lap every single night for a rub down. That has worked out for him, well, most of the time.
I am bordering on a mild case of cooking delirium (although nothing as bad as at this point) and so tonight I am making myself a stiff drink and settling in with my computer and my foot massager. And yes, if you were wondering I am an old lady trapped in a less old lady body.
And I think that this is the drink I am going for. A meyer lemon drop shooter. It’s like I am skipping the full sized drink and going right for the shooter. I have to sample these again before the final Seahawks playoff game, in which I will undoubtedly make a batch or 3 of these for friends. Enjoy!
