I just wanted to wish you all the most wonderful of Thanksgiving’s. I am not going to be posting tomorrow, because I will be enjoying my family in a pair of unflattering sweatpants while simultaneously cooking and drinking too much wine.
Hopefully you will all be doing the same.
I have so much to be Thankful for this year, and I wanted to make sure that you knew your support was among them. I am incredibly blessed to have such a kind and funny and hungry community and I appreciate you so much. Thank you.
XOXO, H
For those of you who eat early in the day, and are already tackling the leftovers by dinner time, here is an idea which will take advantage of at least two (maybe three if you have cheese from appetizers left) of the leftovers: Roasted Turkey, Cranberry and Brie Grilled Cheese. Because lets face it- you have probably already really pigged out today- why stop now?
Less a recipe, more a delicious idea:
Recipe: Roasted Turkey, Cranberry and Brie Grilled Cheese
Instructions
- -2 large pieces sourdough bread
- -4-6 ounces roasted turkey breast
- -2 ounces blue streaked brie cheese (like cambozola)
- -3 tablespoons cranberry chutney
- -1 tablespoon butter
Preparation time: 2 minute(s)
Cooking time: 5 minute(s)
Number of servings (yield): 1
