Blood Orange Blckberry Rum Punch

Punch has always been something that I find to be incredibly sweet and nostalgic and totally festive. Even though I rarely do the whole punch bowl and ladle thing, I often serve punches in big pitchers or decorative drink canisters for parties and even small casual gatherings. I love how pretty they tend to be and also how easy it makes things for me! (It’s very serve-yourself friendly, right?!)   Blood Orange Blckberry Rum Punch

This gorgeous Blood Orange Blackberry Rum Punch is something I made for a really fun photo shoot I did here for Where Women Cook (I can’t wait for you guys to see it this June!) It was really just meant to be in the background, but it was so pretty and so delicious that I had to share it with you. Plus the blood orange season is almost over and I had to share at least one more recipe with you that celebrates the beautiful citrus.

And what better way to do it than with a cocktail!? This one takes that same sweet citrus, bubbly slightly sweet blackberry soda and rum. Lots of rum. But the kick of fresh lime juice ties everything together for a delicious effervescent punch that is great eye candy as well! Drink up!
