Happy Friday! A final recipe for you for Valentines day this weekend with the most traditional Valentines delights- chocolate and strawberries!
Juicy, sweet and slightly tart strawberries are going to be swimming in their juice and then there is a blanket of crispy, chocolaty oat topping that is the perfect flavor and textural contrast. I would also love to top it with coconut whipped cream. Oh yummmmm.
I’m don’t even have to hit the gym on Saturday to devour this guilt-free dessert. It’s like 90% fruit and GF oats, so that’s pretty much health food right? I do also love that it is gluten free and vegan which means can feed my whole family healthfully and happily.
ok- enjoy your Valentines Day, and I will see you here this weekend for Saturday Stuff where I will babble away ☺

This was truly amazing! I made for a cousin’s birthday who must eat low fodmap, no dairy or gluten, and it was not just a decent replacement, it was absolutely delicious. Didn’t have strawberries so substitute cranberries and blueberries. Tastes decadent with no guilt,Yum!
