Strawberry Raspberry Moscow MulesSo it’s Valentines day this weekend (as if you haven’t heard!) and if you are anything like me- it will probably be less filled with romantic shenanigans and more filled with heart shaped kiddie projects and sweet treats (not that those aren’t just as great in their own way). In fact, since I am flying home as I write this- I realize that my kids are probably the only ones who have not made their homemade valentines cards yet- so I guess that is happening tomorrow- big time. (By the way this is my favorite Valentines Day project!) Strawberry Raspberry Moscow Mules

But when Sunday night rolls around- I want to be doing something nice for myself and my hubby. And these strawberry raspberry Moscow mules are just the ticket. Actually maybe I don’t wait until Thursday night and I just do this tonight. Much better idea.

I love the combination of the ripe sweet berries, fresh ginger and the bubbly ginger beer. With the subtle crisp bite of the Vodka, it’s totally refreshing and perfectly festive.

And If you wind up having friends over, isn’t this a beautiful drink to serve a big tray of? Plus everyone loves moscow mules, right?
