Happy Toasty Tuesday!! I am actually quite enjoying my new Tuesdays and my toasty exploits. I hope you are still into my kind-of recipes and short commentary. We are keeping it casual on Tuesdays.
And this one happens to be my favorite one so far.
Curry powder, lime and avocado smash up into the most delicious rich and fragrant guacamole and then the spicy kick of red chili and raw garlic with the creamy chickpeas is the best topping ever.
I will eat this for lunch, or a snack and even served it (in cute little toast triangles!) as an appetizer for a dinner party 2 weeks ago. Have fun trying this little slice of savory heaven!
