Roasted Sesame Delicata Squash from HeatherChristo.com

Happy Friday! I hope you are all doing ok. I know that this has been an emotional week for everyone and I wish I could just hand out hugs to anyone that needs one. So I will give you a virtual hug ((HUG)) and then feed you. Sound ok?

Ok, lets talk Thanksgiving! This is the last side dish I am sharing before the main event on Monday: the TURKEY!
These Roasted Delicata squash rounds are so tender and delicious- you do not even have to peel them because the skin is so soft. These are brushed with sesame oil, sprinkled with kosher salt and onion powder and then coated with a crispy layer of toasted sesame seeds that give the squash a great little crunch! This is so tasty and such an easy side dish that truly goes with anything.
