It’s the first Thirsty Thursday of the year and SURPRISE, I’m not plying you with booze! Instead we are going to make Homemade Coconut Chai Tea! Homemade Coconut Chai Tea from HeatherChristo.com While I don’t drink coffee anymore, caffeine is non-negotiable (I am a mom for goodness sake and I look like a haggard puffy scarecrow every morning until I get a good dose in my blood stream) only now I get it in tea form! Homemade Coconut Chai Tea from HeatherChristo.com In the colder parts of the year, this Coconut Chai Tea is something I make often and this current 25 degree weather in Seattle is just the invitation I needed to make a batch. It is not only really good, but it has caffeine (thank goodness) and makes the whole house smell good while it is simmering away on the stove. Happy Healthy Thirsty Thursday!!
